LEICESTER Speedway are pleased to confirm no problems with the weather or track ahead of tonight’s Premiership clash with Belle Vue (7.30pm).
Rain over the weekend caused the postponement of a National League fixture at the Paul Chapman & Sons Arena on Sunday afternoon, but with dry conditions on Monday the meeting has not been in any doubt.
Co-promoter Neil Machin said: “The track is in perfect condition and it’s all set up for a thrilling night of racing against the world-famous Belle Vue Aces.
“Our own play-off hopes may be over but we can still play a major part in affecting the race for the top four for those who can still make it.
“All of the boys know what is expected of them and are determined to get us back to winning ways tonight.”
